VTAR Institute was formed in September 1990 and has 33 years history. VTAR Institute is honored to cultivate thousands of professional talents from the different industries who can contribute to the society development. In addition to providing quality education, VTAR also pays great attention to cultivate and train on students’ moral character, also guide the students to develop better attitudes, mind-set, moral values that it required in the competitive global market. VTAR hope to cultivate more talented and highly qualified professionals for the industry.

In 15th June, 2023, VTAR Institute is very honored to receive “The BrandLaureate SMEs BestBrand Award 2023 for– Best Choice Brand Award category (Education – Vocational Training Solutions) issued by The BrandLaureate World Brand Foundation for outstanding brands and companies in the market in year 2023. This award is an affirmation and an honor for VTAR Institute. This honor proves to the leaders and management in recent years, to cultivate technical and vocational human resources for the country, and also received positive comments from the market. VTAR Institute will continue to work hard to provide more high-quality, high technology vocational programme to cultivate more talents in different industries and contribute to the country’s economic development.

拉曼技职学院创办于1990年9月，至今已拥有33年的历史。拉曼技职学院很荣幸的为国家栽培了数千位来自不同领域的专业技术人才，为社会发展做出贡献。除了提供有质量的教育培训以外，拉曼技职学院同时也很注重学生品德上的培训，比如引导学生们职场中的良好态度，思维和道德价值观，希望可以为企业栽培更多优秀的专业人才。

拉曼技职学院感到非常的荣幸在2023年6月15日荣获由The BrandLaureare世界品牌基金会针对市场中杰出的品牌和企业所颁发的2023年度《The BrandLaurear中小企业最佳品牌教育奖》。这个奖项对拉曼技职学院是一个肯定，也是一项荣耀， 这项殊荣证明领导和管理层近年在为国家栽培技职人力资源的努力，获得市场积极正面的评价。拉曼技职学院会继续努力提供更多高素质，高科技的技职课程来栽培更多不同行业的人才，为国家经济发展做出贡献。

History Background 历史背景

The institute was first established in 1990, which was knowns as Jayadiri Institute of Technology (JIT) designed to address both national and industrial need for skills and practical training to complement academic education. It was the only private college that provides 100 percent study loan to its students to finance their studies.

A decade later, Kojadi Institute (KI) was officially launch. It represents a new beginning of JIT after rebranding and moving from shop lots at Jalan Klang Lama to Wisma MCA, Jalan Ampang. KI is committed in providing quality and affordable education. KI focus in providing academic education in three programmes: Diploma in Electronic & Electrical Engineering, Diploma in Business Administration & Office Technology, and Diploma in Computer & Information Technology.

In line with the Government’s Economic Transformation Programme (ETP) and Vision 2020 to build a high-income society and developed country, MCA to rebrand and transform VTAR in 2015 to help train and produce a more innovative and skilled workforce to meet industry demands.

学院的前身是自立工艺学院（JIT），成立于1990年，旨在解决国家和工业对技能和实践培训的需求。 当时它是唯一一所向学生提供100％学习贷款以资助他们学业的私立学院。

十年后，自立学院（KI）正式成立。 它代表了JIT的新起点，经过品牌重塑，从旧巴生路的店铺搬到了安邦路马华大厦。 自立学院致力于提供优质和价格实惠的教育。自立学院专注于提供三个学术课程：电子与电气工程文凭课程，工商管理与办公技术文凭课程，和电脑与咨询工艺文凭课程。

配合政府的经济转型计划（ETP）和2020年愿景，为了建设高收入社会和发达国家，马华在2015年重整学院并更名为拉曼技职学院（VTAR），以帮助和培养更具创新能力和拥有熟练技巧的员工，以满足各行业的需求。

Profile

Vocational courses taught in VTAR emphasize more on practical. Student engage in engage in extensive practical training, emphasizing hands-on experience over exclusive theoretical learning. This approach not only enriches students with valuable hands-on expertise but also ensures they meet the industry’s requirement. The courses currently offered by VTAR included Electronic Equipment, Electrical Installation and Maintenance, Hairdressing, Aesthetic Services, Bakery, and PW 2 & PW4 Wireman Course (Full time & Part time) , Diploma in Digitalization (Manufacturing Automation), and SKM (PP-PPT & PPA-PPT) Programme. VTAR is also cooperate with industry to provide free courses for Precision Mould, Tool and Die and Digital Manufacturing in Construction Programme. Registered students must pass an interview session, shortlisted students are not required to pay tuition fees. The study duration and the certificate or license obtained for each program are different.

拉曼技职学院所开办的技职课程以实践为主，理论为辅，并采取小班教学制，让学生们有足够的时间和机会动手实习和也可以满足行业的要求。目前拉曼技职学院所提供的课程包括电子设备、美容服务、美发、烘焙、 机电装置与维修，单相和三相电工执照课程（全日制班， 和兼职班）,工业数字自动化文凭课程和用工作经验通过实践考核考取SKM证书的项目（PPA-PPT）。拉曼技职学院也积极的与企业合作提供免学费的课程包括精密模具和工具与零件课程和数码工业化建筑培训课程。所有报名的学生都必须通过面试，成功被录取的学生无需缴付学费。每项课程的学习期和考取的证书或执照有所不同。
